Snap-Hanger

             Snap-Hanger is a unique new bolt placement system designed to economically and accurately position anchor bolts when pouring concrete decks. Any length 1/2”, 5/8”, or 3/4” bolt is simply snapped into the galvanized Snap-Hanger which is then rapidly placed in the exact detailed position on the plywood deck. The placement process is accomplished in one step using Cal-Con’s special Installation Tool that allows placement in even the most congested rebar conditions. The anchor bolt height is instantly adjustable allowing usage in 9” to 14” decks. It takes only seconds to securely install bolt and clip assembly, one worker can place over 500 bolts per day. This system yields a cost savings of up to 60% compared to conventional methods of bolt placement including post pour installed anchor bolts. The elimination of “template” stripping and easier finishing are additional advantages to this system.
